34 point build will add 2 INT to maximize UMD at 22 without any CHA or UMD gear. Might pick up Skill Focus: UMD and push everything else down, dropping Greater Spell Focus: Evocation off the bottom. Maybe pinch out Greater Spell Penetration sicne I already have the regular version and all the Enhancements to boost it.

36 point will either add even more INT, or if it caps at 17 on me I'll toss them into DEX for Reflex save.
